W. Dwight Chumbley has practiced law in San Antonio, Texas for over 20 years. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1984. He is a graduate of St. Mary's University School of Law and a 1980 graduate of the Univerity of Texas, Austin.
Mr. Chumbley is a former prosecutor in the Bexar County District Attorney's Office. He has tried to a jury cases ranging from DWI to Murder.
He is a former member of the personal injury law firm, Pasqual and Chumbley, P.C., representing victims and survivors of personal injuries, wrongful death, products liability, medical negligence, nursing home neglect and abuse, auto accidents and plane crashes.
He has dedicated his practice to help those whose lives have been shattered due to the negligent acts of others.
Mr. Chumbley maintains an active criminal practice, representing citizens accused of crimes in Municipal, County, State and Federal Courts throughout Texas.
He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association; Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association;
National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association; American Trial Lawyers Association; San Antonio Bar Association; and the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
He is a native of San Antonio and is active in many local community activities and organizations.
